Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Software), Computer Science, or related discipline

INCOSE, OMG, or equivalent certifications preferred (e.g., CSEP, OCSMP)

Experience

12+ years in systems engineering, with 5+ years in MBSE leadership

Proven experience leading enterprise scale MBSE transformations

Hands on expertise with

SysML / SysML v2

Requirements and architecture modelling

Verification and validation planning

Technical Skills

Experience in regulated or safety critical industries (preferred)

Strong knowledge of

Systems architecture frameworks

Model governance and configuration management

Large scale system decomposition and integration

Familiarity with

PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation tools

Digital Thread / Digital Twin concepts
