A leading financial services institution is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Financial Analyst to support the preparation and analysis of complex U.S. regulatory reports, with emphasis on FR Y‑14 M/Q submissions to the Federal Reserve. This role is deadline‑driven and requires strong analytical skills, independence, and the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze FR Y‑14 regulatory schedules
  • Investigate and document reporting variances
  • Execute controls, trend reviews, reconciliations, and edit checks
  • Partner with internal business units to ensure timely submissions
  • Operate with minimal supervision
  • Support ad hoc requests within Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7 years of finance, accounting, banking, or public accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Financial services experience with regulatory reporting exposure
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience with regulatory reporting systems
  • CPA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience with Axiom
  • Hands‑on FR Y‑14 reporting background
  • Controls, audit, or governance experience
