About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Director, Creative to lead and evolve the creative vision for a leading consumer brand. This individual will be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across all customer touchpoints, balancing compelling storytelling with a strong focus on driving engagement, conversion, and business growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with Brand, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure creative is insight-driven, scalable, and performance-oriented.
What You’ll Do
Creative Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision aligned to business and marketing priorities
- Translate strategy into clear creative frameworks, narratives, and execution
- Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven creative outcomes
Brand Stewardship
- Own and protect brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Ensure consistency in voice, design, and messaging across digital, retail, and media
- Evolve brand expression to remain modern, relevant, and differentiated
eCommerce & Performance Creative
- Lead creative strategy across digital, eCommerce, and paid media channels
- Partner with performance marketing teams to optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Build scalable creative systems that support testing, iteration, and speed to market
Campaigns & Content
- Oversee development of integrated campaigns across brand, product, and promotional initiatives
- Guide storytelling across video, photography, copy, and interactive formats
- Ensure content resonates with diverse customer segments
Creative Operations & Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing internal creative team
- Manage agency and external partners to extend capabilities
- Establish processes that enable speed, quality, and scalability
Performance & Optimization
- Partner with analytics to understand creative performance across channels
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve creative output
- Balance innovation with disciplined, data-informed decision making
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, brand, or marketing
- Proven success leading creative for consumer or omnichannel brands
- Strong experience across both brand marketing and performance-driven environments
- Track record of leading high-performing creative teams and agency partners
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level
