UI React Developer with Risk & GRC exp

Job Title: UI Developer – Operational Risk & GRC (React)

Location can be New York / Pittsburgh / Lake Mary, Florida

Job Description

The UI Developer will build intuitive, scalable front-end experiences for Operational Risk and GRC users, including risk officers, control owners, and compliance teams. The role focuses on React based enterprise UI development for a custom GRC platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React based user interfaces for GRC workflows and dashboards
• Build role-based views for:

o RCSA

o Issues & Action Management

o Controls and KRIs

• Integrate UI components with workflow (Camunda) and data services (Snowflake)
• Ensure usability, performance, and accessibility for enterprise users
• Work closely with Risk SMEs to translate requirements into intuitive UI designs

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience building enterprise grade web applications
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, or regulatory platforms (preferred)
• Ability to work in regulated financial services environments.
