Operations Analyst

Title: Operations Analyst Location : Rockville, MD or McLean, VA Target Start Date : ASAP Type: contract Pay Rate: DOE

Seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support user provisioning and access management across enterprise applications. This role focuses on ensuring secure, accurate access while resolving entitlement issues and supporting internal/external users. Key Responsibilities

• Perform user provisioning and access updates in line with security policies
• Create and manage user accounts and administrative access roles
• Process entitlement requests and agreements with a high degree of accuracy
• Resolve escalated access issues and provide Tier II support
• Research and troubleshoot entitlement-related cases within SLAs
• Respond to user inquiries and guide stakeholders on access processes
• Track and manage requests using internal workflow tools Required Qualifications
• Experience in access management, user provisioning, or IAM
• Strong understanding of access control and security best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services a plus)
• Familiarity with ticketing/workflow tools
