Operations Manager – Specialty Dessert Café

We are hiring an Operating Manager to lead a high-volume Asian dessert café concept known for fresh desserts, pastries, smoothies, boba milk teas, and fruit teas. This role oversees daily operations, team leadership, and guest experience for both dine-in and take-out service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH/BOH operations and ensure efficient service
• Lead, train, and schedule staff; drive team performance
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and brand standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and reporting
• Control labor and food costs to meet financial goals
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• Deliver strong guest experience and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of management experience in café, dessert, QSR, or retail
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory, scheduling, and P&L basics
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
