Electrical Inspector

Role Description

This is a onsite role for an Electrical Inspector based in Mount Pleasant, PA.The Electrical Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of electrical systems to ensure code compliance, safety standards, and proper functionality. Key tasks include evaluating blueprints, preparing inspection reports, troubleshooting electrical systems, and collaborating with contractors and other professionals to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Experience in conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address electrical issues
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in construction and electrical work
• Relevant certifications such as Electrical Inspector (ICC or similar) or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in construction or electrical engineering is an advantage
