Sr Customer Engineer -IT

Akkodis is recruiting for an IT Customer Service Engineer to support an aerospace manufacturer in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $20 an hour to $25 an hour depending on education, experience and location. Candidate need excellent customer service skills.

Provides technical expertise, leadership and guidance wiile ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

• Provide hands on Tech bar, desktop support - software install, software issues, password reset
• Device imaging
• IMAC Support
• ITIL, ITSM, ServiceNow, Dell/HP Laptops/workstations (repair and software), Dell and HP hardware, AppSpace, RDP, WIN7,WIN10 and WIN11, ServiceNow, Remedy and BitRaser experience.
• Support of customers of all levels
• Applies analytical and systematic problem-solving to complex tasks while following established procedures.
• Demonstrates initiative in personal development and maintains relevant technical knowledge and certifications.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Communicates and influences across all levels, performs routine administrative duties, and meets the physical requirements of the role.
• 3-5 years experience
• Associates Degree, in IT Networking, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, perferred, but not required.
