Summary

Seasonal Customer Service Representative in a store environment delivering friendly, problem-solving support to customers. The role requires proficiency with store technologies, flexible scheduling to meet business needs, and responsibility for customer privacy and service initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide seamless service
  • Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and multiple operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
  • Educate customers on programs such as rewards and motivate adoption
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information
  • Work flexible schedules with hours that vary by week
  • Collaborate with team members to inspire trust and positive relationships
  • Handle merchandise and assist customers including frequent movement and lifting Requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Proficiency in MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
  • Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
