Job description

We have partnered with our client a Fintech Firm in their search for a Benefits Analyst hybrid in NYC to support the ongoing administration, analysis, and optimization of employee benefit programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data, process improvement, and partnering with HR and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Data & Analytics

  • Analyze benefits usage, costs, and trends (e.g., healthcare claims, enrollment data).
  • Build reports and dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making.
  • Forecast benefits costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Benchmark company benefits against industry standards.

Benefits Program Administration

  • Manage daily operations of benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness, etc.).
  • Oversee enrollment processes for open enrollment and new hires.
  • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of benefits within HRIS systems.

Vendor Management

  • Partner with external providers, including insurance carriers, brokers, and retirement plan administrators.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and service levels.
  • Support RFP processes and vendor selection activities.
