Job Summary

Safety & Security: Maintain rigorous standards for restaurant safety and security to protect both our guests and our associates. Marketing & Sales: Lead local marketing initiatives. This includes contacting prospective customers and businesses to promote sales and community engagement. Customer Excellence: Act as a role model for the team by delivering exceptional customer service - the most vital component of our business.

Experience: No prior management experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for directing staff and interacting with customers. Integrity: High level of honesty and reliability, as you will be responsible for cash and business assets.
