Benefits Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our employee benefits programs. This role will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, and aligning benefits strategy with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and wellness programs
  • Lead annual open enrollment process from planning through execution
  • Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
  • Evaluate and benchmark benefit offerings to ensure market competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other federal/state regulations
  • Partner with HR and Finance on benefits budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyze utilization and cost data to recommend plan improvements
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complex benefits issues
  • Develop employee communications and educational materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing open enrollment and vendor negotiations
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS experience (Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR a plus
