Must Have

  • Advanced technical skills especially in Microsoft O365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Vision.
  • Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Operations department to actively monitor and maintain a smooth daily workflow.
  • This primarily includes orders, internal requests, emails, or escalations from SharePoint to ensure timely execution of the fulfillment process.
  • Minimum Education / Experience: AS Degree or sufficient on-the-job experience.
  • Two to six years in supply planning, distribution, order management, or other supply chain background.
  • Experience with utilizing SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain accurate records, in excel or notes, to support or verify correct allocations that need to be submitted by product and business.
  • Collaborate and respond to requests from sales, marketing, and supply chain operations to support MDS customer service excellence.
  • Partners cross-functionally to correct issues impacting customer delivery or various escalation requests.
  • Monitor inventory reports and alert network team to move product when inventory is in the incorrect DC/storage location.
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to review allocation status for the team or BOTs.
  • Learn, gain access and leverage to various systems in support the requests, including but not limited to: SAP, Power BI, SharePoint or Excel, and able to navigate challenges with minimal supervision as proficient from training.
  • Problem solving, good communication / customer service, and discipline to learn will be
