Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mount Vernon, NY, for an Account Manager at Morris Moving & Storage. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating moving services, negotiating contracts, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Project Coordination, Organizational, and Time Management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools; knowledge of operational workflows in the moving or logistics industries preferred
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in account management or operations within the moving or logistics industry is highly regarded
