Videographer & Graphic Designer

Role Description

The Videographer & Graphic Designer will be responsible for the development and execution of video assets and static graphics to primarily support social and digital campaigns. This person may also be pulled in on other project needs such as television spots and out-of-home. Primary functions will include shooting, editing and enhancing video as well as graphic design. Motion graphics and audio editing skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Social Media Manager as needed to support ideation and planning of social media videos and visual content that drive engagement and results.
• Shoot and edit high-quality video content that is optimized for various social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, text treatments and visual effects that elevate final video products.
• Create graphic design assets for social, digital, and out-of-home campaign needs.
• Collaborate with creative team and account/strategy teams to ideate and enhance client work and campaign deliverables.
• Manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain project files.
• Stay current on social video trends, editing styles, platforms, and tools to constantly improve creative effectiveness while being as efficient as possible in workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional experience in videography, video editing and graphic design. Bonus points if experience is in an agency or marketing environment!
• Experience creating social-first content including paid social ads
• Knowledge of graphic design principles including typography, layout and visual hierarchy
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro, illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bonus points for experience in motion design & animation using Adobe After Effects
