Proposal Engineer

If you’re passionate about developing technical proposals, collaborating with engineering and sales teams, and supporting high-volume precision machining solutions, then this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage technical and commercial requirements for turnkey aerospace manufacturing and automation proposals.
• Support the Sales team by developing competitive, technically sound proposals for complex aerospace projects.
• Apply knowledge of aerospace materials, machining processes, and manufacturing methods to ensure accurate project scope and solutions.
• Ensure proposals comply with aerospace quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, internal engineering teams, and global affiliates to develop tailored manufacturing and automation solutions.

What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience with machine tools, manufacturing systems, or automation, ideally in aerospace.
• Experience as an Application, Manufacturing, or Proposal Engineer supporting aerospace customers preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings, GD&T, and aerospace specifications.
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM systems (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
