Job Description

As a Building and Construction Project Manager- Syracuse you will:

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing conditions and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager- Syracuse should have:
