Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, and customer-focused Service Project Manager to support and grow our service business in Hawthorne, NY. This role combines project management, coordination and field engagement to help expand repair work, and deliver value-added solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Do
Manage Service Oriented Projects
- Develop project schedules & communicate directly with customers
- Deliver projects on time & budget
- Work closely with sales professionals
- Accurately track field labor progress & performance
- Order & manage project materials
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct on-site customer surveys and assess job requirements
- Address customer questions and provide consultative solutions
Service Department Operations & Support
- Assist sales team with site visits, take-offs, & develop project budgets
- Coordinate special job requirements with customers and internal teams

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of project management, service industry, trade, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience in service-based or technical environments is a plus
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels
- Requires travel to customer locations for on-site surveys
- Occasional exposure to active job sites, including dust, fumes, and elevated noise levels
