The group has built a dedicated forward deployed engineering function to:

• Identify repeatable operational bottlenecks
• Deploy production-grade AI and data systems
• Standardise what works
• Scale solutions across the broader portfolio

🏆 The Opportunity

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed inside operating companies, translate ambiguous real-world problems into production systems, and scale what works across the platform.

You will own the full lifecycle

Diagnosis → Prototype → Production → Standardisation → Portfolio rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with operators to understand workflow breakdowns and inefficiencies
• Design and deploy AI-driven systems that solve measurable business problems
• Build production-grade infrastructure around models including ingestion, APIs, monitoring and evaluation
• Establish safety, auditability and performance controls
• Lead pilots and controlled rollouts across facilities
• Identify repeatable patterns that can evolve into scalable platform solutions

Tech Environment: Python, LLM integration, modern AI tooling, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, TypeScript/React preferred, AWS.
