Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of massage treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques to meet guest preferences and therapeutic needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and customize therapies accordingly
- Apply advanced knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments
- Educate guests on post-treatment care and recommend suitable follow-up therapies or wellness practices
- Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including patient assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest comfort throughout each session
- Adhere strictly to occupational health guidelines and spa protocols to ensure safety for both guests and staff
- Set up and clean up treatment room
- Assist with product inventory
- Assist other team members with tasks and projects during non productive time
Skills
- Proven experience in patient service with a focus on personalized care
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for pain management
- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Familiarity with occupational health standards and med spa operations is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Prior experience working in a luxury spa or med spa setting is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $148.00 per hour
