As the SR HRIS Analyst, you are part of the overall HR team and will play an important role in working closely with the HR business partners and end users on day-to-day support and system enhancements.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Supports Core Workday Applications and roll outs including HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting
Assists staff with service requests and develops solutions for Workday issues
Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of fixes and documents results; Escalates issues and proposed solutions as appropriate
Investigates and addresses data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, positions, integrations, and organization management processes)
Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users
Ensures a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate
Reviews upgrades and update planning for Workday and uses thorough testing practices to ensure that new releases run seamlessly
Assists with both internal and end user support
May drive projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
Preferred/Nice to Have
Experience building complex calculated fields and condition rules for utilization in business processes and reports
Full cycle implementation of any Workday module
Experience building and troubleshooting integrations and EIBs
Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Minimum 5 years’ functional Workday experience. Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting.
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a global workforce
Ability to build strong partnerships and to work effectively, and collaboratively
Ability to liaise and communicate at all levels within an organization
Ability to work independently, triage and escalate requests as required
Problem-solver, with the ability to identify systemic versus end user issues and resolve or escalate as needed
Handles sensitive compensation data and PII
A high degree of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality is essential
Proficient with MS Office 365 with solid MS Excel skills
