CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for the demand and supply of Affiliate logistics so as to ensure ongoing AbbVie products availability to the market.
•Lead the simplification of Demand and S&OP meetings and ensure ADS integrity to achieve efficient demand planning. Drive high forecast accuracy with RCA and CAPA.
•Optimize supply planning by developing and implementing optimal supply strategies, guarding the time fence, and ensuring assurance of supply to minimize inventory obsolescence, prevent stock out, and deliver product to patients at right time.
•Strategically manage logistics and warehousing by managing distributor operations, implementing operational excellence with process optimization. Build trust with distributor by generating high KPI and driving qualitative and strategic monthly meeting.
•Support successful launch of new products into the market by securing supply readiness.
•Drive and build high engaged team by developing direct reports and encouraging high performing team culture.
•Develop strong collaborative working relationships with global supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders by identifying product supply issues, seeking alternatives, communicating issues to planning center and local management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Excellent organization and follow-up skills are critical to ensure timely communication across the supply chain in effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. with 3PL management experience is the must.
•Min 8 years of experience in Demand Planning & Supply Management in MNC, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Industries from device, OTC or FMCG are also welcome
•Requires proven problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and adapt strategies for changing business environments.
•Creativity, innovation, decisiveness, and negotiation skills are necessary to resolve issues and drive the business forward.
•Prefer developed people management skills; ability to lead, coach, manage and motivate people. Having proven leadership experience is the big plus
•Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experiences.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills are required, especially in English.
•Strong strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.
