Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting guests, and managing the front desk operations efficiently. 


Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage the switchboard effectively.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
