Cluster Hotel Manager - starting Q4 2026

This is a dynamic and strategic Cluster Hotel Manager to oversee operations across two 5-star properties.

Acting as the #2 to the General Manager, you will function as a key business leader driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational departments including Rooms, F&B, Events, Engineering, and Security across both properties
• Drive financial performance, owning budgets, forecasts, GOP, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with Revenue, Sales & Marketing to maximize commercial performance and market positioning
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, LQA audits, and guest experience benchmarks
• Champion innovation, F&B concepts, and guest experiences to position the hotels as leading destinations
• Build and develop high-performing teams, with strong focus on succession planning and engagement
• Lead service excellence, VIP guest experience, and escalation management
• Maintain strong owner relations and contribute to strategic business decisions
