BREAST TRIMMER - grade 1

SUMMARY: The purpose of the breast trimmer is to trim breast product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Handle and remove breast meat from the line.
• Trim and remove defective products.
• Place products onto the conveyor line.
• All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • None
• Preferred
  • Previous food processing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
