**Strategy & Architecture:**
- Develop and execute the strategy for coexistence, integration, or migration from Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PCs
- Architect scalable, high-availability EUC solutions leveraging Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/DaaS), NetScaler (ADC), and Windows 365/Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Provide technical leadership on EUC best practices, security, and performance optimization
**Implementation & Management:**
- Install, configure, and maintain Citrix farm components (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler Gateway, Machine Creation Services/Provisioning Services)
- Design and implement Windows 365 provisioning policies, user assignments, and image management using Microsoft Intune and Azure services
- Develop and maintain gold images for both Citrix and W365, ensuring application compatibility and security compliance
- Manage user profiles and data migration using solutions such as Folder redirection and FSLogix
**Automation & Optimization:**
- Utilize PowerShell scripting, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) to automate deployment and administrative tasks
- Implement monitoring tools (Citrix Director, Systrack, Azure Monitor) and proactively optimize environment performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency
**Security & Compliance:**
- Implement security best practices including Conditional Access Policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and endpoint protection within Citrix and Microsoft Entra ID frameworks
- Ensure the EUC environment adheres to internal security standards and regulatory compliance requirements
**Collaboration & Leadership:**
- Serve as Level 3/4 escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents
- Collaborate with networking, security, application, and service desk teams for seamless operations
- Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and mentor junior administrators
