Overview As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: Our Administrative Specialist is an integral part of the Concora Credit Community. You will support all new hires and Team Members throughout their career with us, while maintaining a high level of professionalism across all levels of management. This role will also serve as an assistant, supporting some of our executive Team Members with scheduling and meeting preparation. Responsibilities As our Administrative Specialist, you will: Manage and schedule business appointments, often across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively resolving them. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls and visitors, and efficiently directing questions to appropriate parties. Create expense reports and help coordinate travel as needed. Send weekly and monthly reporting. Support our front desk/reception in tandem with our Office Coordinator. Assist with planning, budgeting, and scheduling vendors for company events. Qualifications Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in administrative tasks, including office management or executive assistant-type roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have a GED or High school diploma. Competencies: Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity. Organization: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Communication: Clear and professional in both written and verbal interactions. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team goals. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
