ABOUT THE JOB

Building, optimizing, and operating CI/CD pipelines and the underlying infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
Designing and improving workflows for building, testing, packaging, and releasing FuriosaAI software, including runtime, LLM serving frameworks, and compiler components.
Supporting NPU-integrated testing and benchmarking while working closely with engineering teams to improve developer productivity, software quality, and release reliability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, or C/C++) and a strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and code reviews.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional requirement gathering and technical alignment.
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Tekton, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow and PyTorch) and an understanding of common AI workloads and models.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure, including orchestration frameworks and resource managers.
Familiarity with both Python and Rust.
Familiarity with performance profiling, code optimization techniques, and debugging tools tailored for heterogeneous computing environments.
Prior experience working on compiler toolchains, especially for specialized hardware accelerators (e.g., NPUs, GPUs, and TPUs) or AI/ML-focused architectures.
Experience contributing to open-source projects or working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
