This opportunity entails being responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting goals, build scalable dashboards, and deploy data models using modern BI tools and techniques. The role includes mentoring junior team members, optimizing data workflows, and integrating advanced technologies such as cloud platforms and real-time analytics into business processes.

What You'll Do:

• Translates business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
• Designs and develops dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using modern BI tools.
• Builds and maintains ETL pipelines and data models for reporting and analytics.
• Conducts unit testing and troubleshoots BI solutions for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and systems.
• Documents technical processes and maintains metadata repositories.
• Mentors junior developers and contributes to BI best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of related experience, or
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field and 1 years of related experience, or
• In lieu of education, 6 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle BI.
• Strong SQL and ETL development skills.
• Knowledge of OLAP, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing.

What We Prefer:

• Strong consideration to candidates with transportation industry experience.
