Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient (Per Diem)

Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we're hiring a dedicated per diem SLP to help us build up our Speech Therapy Department at our two outpatient offices in Mohegan Lake & Croton. You will have full autonomy over your own caseload and can choose your own hours!  

Job Type: Per Diem

Pay rate: $60/hour 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
