Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Delivery Administrator) who will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of RTX in Chesapeake, VA. Tasks include preparing Commercial and Government deliveries for shipment. This position is responsible for making sure deliveries are processed accurately and on time. The selected candidate will be required to prepare and process APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) delivery requests. The day-to-day responsibilities listed below will be necessary to meet program needs and schedule requirements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in document control, has high organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other functions. The candidate must also be a reliable, self-starter willing to assume ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Prioritize delivery requests to meet customers’ needs and contract due date.
- Utilize APEX, PRISM, MMIS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
- Utilize RMD/Govt Contracts to execute DD250.
- Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250’s.
- Understand the requirements in DFARS Appendix F.
- Participate in Program meetings regarding DD250 execution.
- Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- 2+ years' experience in a logistics, supply chain or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with SAP, Contracts, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
