Job description
- Interprets contract and application language for the verification of support services
- Provides assistance to providers and internal staff to comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements
- Reviews support documentation to ensure its completeness and accuracy prior to payment
- Maintains tracking system to monitor supportive services distributed
- Maintains current on policy changes and modifications affecting support services
- Creates and submits monthly reporting
- Works closely with leadership team to ensure on track spending down supportive service funds.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
- Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
- One to three years in workforce development
- Strong customer service skills required
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
- Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with have strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
- Be reliable and a team-player
