Role Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, you will

• Work onsite at our Burbank location
• Effectively communicate with and serve Spanish-speaking clients
• Utilize agency-supplied leads to drive new business and expand your client base
• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing service and policy reviews
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates who

• Are fluent in Spanish and English
• Have proven experience in insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Hold an active insurance license(s) (or are willing to obtain one)
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Are motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Can build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience
