Our Laboratory Technicians play a key role in driving innovation within our scientific research lab, and we are currently looking to hire a Laboratory Technician eager to help shape the future of solutions for the coatings industry.
Are you ready to build a career with responsible impact? In this role, you will report directly to our R&D Manager, be based at our site in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Spain) and collaborate with an international community of colleagues across multiple functional areas.

This is a one-year position which consists of, but is not limited to:
- Support scientists in research and development projects in the area Passive Fire Protection coatings.
- Prepare experimental paints and test specimens.
- Evaluate current and experimental coating systems according to agreed methods, standards and customer specifications.
- Keep accurate and complete records and produce quality reports of your laboratory activity.
- Ensure maintenance, safety and tidiness of equipment used in R&D laboratory.
- Follow all guidelines and Group procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environment.
This is an exciting pathway for both early‑career talent looking to gain practical laboratory experience and develop technical skills, as well as for laboratory technicians with some experience who want to continue growing in a professional research environment.
Are You Ready to Achieve Your Full Potential?
- A degree or professional training as a laboratory technician is expected.
- Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience as a laboratory technician is considered an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills.
You are well-structured, proactive and show interest and initiative, with tight-knit collaboration skills and a hands-on approach in the lab. You feel comfortable working independently and in team as well.
