About This Job

We are looking for a motivated and curious Intermediate JavaScript Developer to join our Digital Marketing Engineering team. As part of our web and digital group, you will help build, maintain, and enhance the customer-facing digital experiences that represent the Axos brand online.

If you know your JavaScript well and have hands-on experience with React, we will invest in teaching you the rest.

What You Will Work On

• Build and maintain features within our customer-facing web application alongside senior engineers and product managers
• Support data integrations that connect our digital properties to key marketing and analytics platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless digital experiences across the customer journey
• Contribute to tag management and data collection workflows that power our marketing and personalization strategies
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups as part of an agile development team
• Write readable, maintainable code and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience with JavaScript development
• Solid, demonstrable understanding of core JavaScript concepts
• Hands-on experience with React
• Comfort working in a version-controlled environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and server-side rendering concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platform integrations
• Exposure to tag management systems and data layer architecture
• Basic understanding of digital analytics and marketing data pipelines
