Epic is seeking a Principal Environmental Scientist to join our Assessment and Approvals team, working our in thriving Brisbane office where you will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

  • Performing business development by bringing in new clients to the business
  • Presenting and leading external meetings with clients
  • Successfully managing multiple projects at any one time
  • Developing and reviewing quality management systems
  • Mentoring and training junior staff

Your Expertise and Skills

These requirements reflect the experience and skills that support success in this role.

  • 15+ years of experience within environmental consulting
  • Tertiary qualifications from a recognised institute in Environmental Science or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental approvals and impact assessments for the Queensland resources sector
  • Proven experience with EIS, PRCP and EA approvals
