In this position, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Client Services, and Business Systems to help streamline processes, enhance reporting, and ensure our CRM and pipeline data are accurate and actionable.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to revenue strategy in a fast-paced adtech environment. You will gain visibility into how a high-growth advertising technology company operates, learn how revenue teams drive performance, and contribute meaningfully to initiatives that support sustainable revenue growth. Based in our New York office, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically minded student eager to build a career in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy. This program runs from June 1 - August 7, with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities, including CRM data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining and auditing Salesforce (SFDC) data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets to support forecasting, performance tracking, and leadership visibility.
  • Analyze sales performance data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Help document and refine revenue processes, including opportunity stages, required fields, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to support deal tracking, revenue forecasting, and commission-related reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to revenue strategy, planning, and operational execution.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as the Revenue Operations team scales.

Education & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Strategy.
  • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, but not required.
