As a Benefits Consultant at PwC, you will specialize in delivering comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programs, and employee benefits. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and fair compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and appealing benefits packages.
Building strong relationships is crucial. You will focus on creating meaningful connections with clients and developing leadership skills to manage and inspire others. You will learn to navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand, deepening your technical expertise, and becoming aware of your strengths. Anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, you will strive to deliver high-quality work and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certification as an Employee Benefit Specialist is preferred
- Understanding of health and welfare plan designs
- Advanced knowledge of claims administration
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Internal and external audit experience
- Ability to develop client-ready deliverables
- Commitment to staying current with industry and regulatory changes
This position offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $202,000, based on skills, experience, and qualifications. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
