Learn more about what we do. Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team managing supply chain functions for our world-class technology centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on business process optimization, program management, and project management. This role will involve overseeing and improving supply chain processes, coordinating cross-functional programs, and ensuring the successful implementation of supply chain initiatives to support business growth and efficiency. Additionally, the role will include developing reports and dashboards, and some coding in SQL or Python to manage information access and analysis. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: • Lead and contribute to the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategies, including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing, and logistics. • Own multifunction supply chain engagements with an emphasis on supply chain modeling/analysis, and optimization of cost, service levels, and inventory. • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, and tools to support business growth. • Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. • Work in conjunction with operations, NPI, and supply chain partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements. • Define and implement approaches for business systems and process improvement initiatives. Key Focus Areas: • Demand, supply, and capacity analytics for semiconductor operations • Analysis and engagement on supply chain and operational attributes and strategies to support business growth and efficiency. • Ensure timely, consistent communication of business performance status to Operations and Engineering. • Business process optimization and improvement. Qualifications Qualifications: Education and Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead and coordinate supply chain projects. • Experience with business process optimization and improvement. • Proficiency in program and project management. • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. • Experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power Apps and PowerBI Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
