At dunnhumby, we’re seeking a Shopper Insights Client Associate to join our Walmart Canada team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to both retail and manufacturer clients, working side‑by‑side with them to translate customer data into clear, actionable insights. As a subject matter expert on the Shopper Behavior module within the Scintilla Insight platform, you’ll help develop client plans that drive measurable value, strong client satisfaction, and meaningful business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our partners at Walmart and leading suppliers to ensure customer‑led thinking sits at the heart of shared decision‑making.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking with a problem‑solving, hypothesis‑driven mindset
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Ability to compile, validate, and organize data for insight tools
  • Attention to detail in reviewing data for accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • A proactive mindset focused on improving internal client processes.
