Full Stack Software Developer (TS/SCI) Office of Naval Intelligence Support TENAX Technologies, LLC is seekingFull Stack Software Developersto support mission-critical Information Technology services for theOffice of Naval Intelligence (ONI). These arefull-time, onsite positionsrequiring anactive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Selected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable applications supporting national security missions within aDevSecOps-driven environment. Position Overview The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for theend-to-end development lifecycleof enterprise applications, includingfront-end user interfaces, back-end services, database integration, and deployment pipelines. This role emphasizes secure coding practices, continuous integration and delivery, and alignment with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements. Developers will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholdersto deliver high-quality, resilient solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintainfull stack applicationsusing modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Build and enhanceresponsive front-end interfacesand integrate with secure back-end services and APIs
- Develop and managerelational and non-relational databases, including schema design, optimization, and data integration
- Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelineswithin aDevSecOps framework, supporting automated testing, security scanning, and deployment
- Ensure applications comply withDoD cybersecurity requirements, including secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate inAgile development environments, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and mission data sources
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, API documentation, and deployment procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearancewithSCI eligibility
- DoD IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g. Security+ CE, etc)
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum3 years of experiencein full stack software development
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Back-end:Java, Python
- Front-end:JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks)
- Database:SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience working within aDevSecOps environment, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and sustainment
- Familiarity withsecure coding practicesand application security principles
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experiencein full stack development
- Experience withmodern JavaScript frameworks(React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience withRESTful API design and microservices architectures
- Familiarity withcontainerization and orchestration tools(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience supportingDoD or Intelligence Community environments, including RMF and system accreditation processes
- Knowledge ofcloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
