First National Bank of America is looking for customer-focused candidates to contact borrowers with past-due mortgage accounts. We provide training for candidates with excellent communication and customer service skills, irrespective of their previous work experience. A successful Mortgage Collector should be goal-oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment. Join our team of dedicated professionals in assisting our customers, where you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to handle a variety of situations.

Responsibilities:

Initiating and receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls
Establishing repayment schedules
Facilitating receipt of payments via ACH and other methods
Confirming data on the customer's account
Achieving the departmental delinquency goals

Qualification:

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or financial services is helpful but not required — we’ll provide full training
