We are looking for a Marketing Manager of the Americas, based in the NYC Metro area to execute high-impact regional marketing programs in alignment with our commercial teams that will drive pipeline growth, strategic account engagement, and unparalleled brand experiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Americas, this role will lead national and localized programs from brief to execution to post-mortem. In close collaboration with sales, creative, product marketing, comms and sales opps to the Marketing Manager will be integral in ensuring programs are aligned to GTM priorities, target accounts, and measurable KPIs.

Creative visionary and more; this role requires a unique combination of skills that sits at the intersection of creative planning and execution, requiring an intense eye for detail, in addition to administrative excellence ensuring every experience is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational:

  • Deliver weekly program updates including meeting tracking, pipeline impact, and budget pacing.
  • Own the local calendar of events and communication with sales org and all necessary stakeholders, ensuring alignment to priority accounts and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Be responsible for project management within our suite of tools (productivity, AI, CRM/CMS).
  • Competitive analysis and inspiration; provide creative solutions and inspiration for the team based on market research and competitive analysis.

Vendor management:

  • Act as a trusted day-to-day lead to our vendors, managing all communications and every touchpoint from contract to deliverables.
  • Support annual planning and partner selection aligned with programming and budget allocations.

Marketing Program Strategy & Execution:

  • Support the Director of Marketing-Americas in creating month-to-month and annual calendars and programming based on the GTM objectives provided by the SVP of Global Activation.
  • Translate needs into detailed project plans, workback schedules, and actionable task lists, leveraging productivity software (Monday.com) and CRM/CMS (Hubspot/Salesforce).
  • Lead onsite activations including events, workshops, popups, sponsorships, activities and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, product marketing, vendors, and local partners to execute flawless activations.
  • Ensure every experience is aligned with brand strategy, audience insight, personas and KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and support pre-event outreach. Track pre-onsite and post-program pipeline in SFDC.
  • Oversee lead capture, list uploads, and CRM data hygiene with Sales Ops following each program.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Review scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for contract processes and approvals.
  • Manage the calendar of events and all project tasks within Monday.com, ensuring all RACI stakeholders are engaged.
  • Ensure all projects are managed and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead onsite execution, problem solve in real time, and maintain excellence under pressure. Anticipate stakeholder needs.
  • Manage pre-event comms and preparation materials and post-event reporting.

Education & Experience:

  • Comfortable leading programs in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative individual who works well both on their own or across a large team.
  • A clear and concise communicator with the ability to present creative ideas and inspire the team.
  • Budget-forward mindset, everything is measurable, on time and on budget.
  • Deeply passionate about live events and obsessed with experiences.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS or tech-focused companies.
  • Proven success supporting both large-scale and nimble experiential programs.
  • Strong literacy of digital marketing tools such as CMS/CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) and the ability to build assets, workflows and reporting where needed.
  • Strong knowledge of production, logistics, and onsite execution.
  • Experience working in regulated or culturally driven categories (alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, entertainment).
  • Highly skilled in managing budgets, timelines, workflows, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
