Job Description Summary

Join Cushman & Wakefield supporting a key client, in a front-of-house role that combines concierge service, security, and facilities support.


About the Role

As a Security Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and secure workplace environment.

Working closely with the Facilities Management team, you will support day-to-day operations, manage access control, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all employees and visitors

• Manage visitor registrations, access control systems, and security passes

• Handle phone enquiries and front desk operations

• Support the Facilities team with reporting, emails, and administrative tasks

• Coordinate contractor access and assist with onsite works

• Assist with events, catering, and general workplace coordination

• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-presented front-of-house environment

About You

• Previous experience in concierge, reception, hospitality, or security roles

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional presentation with a friendly and approachable manner

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills & Requirements

• Certificate II in Security Operations (preferred but not essential)

• First Aid & CPR certification (desirable)

• Experience with access control and visitor management systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
