The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Sprinkler Estimator to join our Waikato & Bay of Plenty team. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and commercially sound estimates across a variety of fire sprinkler projects.

What You Will Do
Prepare accurate estimates for the supply, installation and servicing of fire sprinkler systems across the Waikato & BoP
Consult with clients to understand scope, requirements and solutions
Ensure all estimates comply with current New Zealand Standards, legislation and company margin requirements
Follow up submitted quotations and actively support business development efforts
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal business units
Promote Johnson Controls’ full range of fire protection solutions and services
Complete reporting, forecasting and administrative requirements in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sprinkler estimating, fire protection or a related construction discipline
Estimating and/or sales experience within the construction industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time, priorities and multiple bids effectively
Full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
