What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate or learn to operate pit loader transporting raw materials to feed the plant and load trucks maintaining stockpiles.

  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.
     

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

  • Willing to work up to 10-12 hrs/day; 6 days/wk when needed

  • Must be punctual and have reliable transportation

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
     

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
     

What We Offer

  • $26.50/hr with an additional $1.00/hr differential for second shift

  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
