Job description

What You'll Be Doing
Operate or learn to operate pit loader transporting raw materials to feed the plant and load trucks maintaining stockpiles.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
Willing to work up to 10-12 hrs/day; 6 days/wk when needed
Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
$26.50/hr with an additional $1.00/hr differential for second shift
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
