PT Custodian (General Cleaner)

The General Cleaner performs cleaning services at the customer site in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. 

Shift: 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday - Friday

Key Job Functions

• Daily cleaning of all facility suites to include but not limited to private restrooms, conference rooms, pulling trash, vacuuming, and dusting of all offices
• Water Fountains - Clean top, sides and bottom and dust the air vents                                                      
• Glass Doors - Wipe and clean all glass doors (remove all fingerprints and marks)                                                                                                                      
• Vending Areas /kitchens - pantries – Clean counter tops, tables, wipe vending machines, sweep and remove all debris and trash; Use of a Rubbermaid mop to remove all spillage. Placing wet floor signs when needed
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

 

• Some custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
