- Act as the primary escalation point for receivables issues, resolving matters constructively and escalating risks where needed.
- Partner closely with Partners, Directors, and client teams through regular discussions to resolve billing issues, disputes, and long‑outstanding balances.
- Monitor cash collection performance and lead initiatives to improve debtor days and overall cash outcomes.
- Oversee invoice accuracy and timeliness, including submissions through client portals and coordination of vendor onboarding requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver reliable bi‑weekly and monthly debtor reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing meaningful insights for decision‑making.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with Finance leadership on performance, risks, and emerging trends.
- Provide oversight of cash application and interfirm activity in partnership with Global Finance Services, supporting timely and accurate processing.
- Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Receivable team members, setting clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards across onshore and offshore resources.
- Build a high‑performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture with a strong service mindset.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, improve automation, and strengthen controls.
- Support month‑end and year‑end receivables activities and ensure audit and governance obligations are met.
- Take ownership of your professional development, staying current with emerging AR practices, technology, and industry trends.
Your expertise:

- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high performance during peak periods such as month‑end.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Highly collaborative team player, willing to share knowledge, ideas, and information to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Open‑minded, adaptable, and resilient, with a pragmatic approach to operational challenges.
- Personable and empathetic leadership style, with the ability to motivate, support, and influence a high‑performing team.
