• Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role

In this position you will

• Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, including data entry, tracking product orders, and updating internal systems
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply issues
• Inspect and verify received materials, identifying and escalating any missing or damaged items
• Serve as a key liaison between vendors, service departments, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
• Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and order tracking systems to provide visibility into inventory and job status

Key Qualifications

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
