We’re seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a Technical Business Analyst, in Services Tech to in MSAW Platform Solutions Tech to help drive program automation and strategy.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.
This is Director Position that analyzes business processes, identifies needs, and establishes requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you’ll do in the role:
1.Understand the enterprise architecture and the different systems/components involved such as Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM. 2.Work with Business and Development teams to determine required technical solutions. 3.Document business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, and use cases. 4.Document the end-to-end architecture of the solution. 5.Understand and translate data logic and data transformations. 6.Assist QA and UAT teams during testing phases of the project/sprint and support Development teams in resolving any bugs that arise. 7.Assist with Scrum ceremonies and drive ongoing Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions. 8.Coordinate meetings with various business unit subject matter experts to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements. 9.Resolve any Production issues or data quality inquiries with Business and Development teams through investigation into root causes. 10.Participate in AI-assisted projects, leveraging machine learning and automation to enhance business solutions or improve data insights.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1.Familiarity with Agile Processes, Ceremonies, and Structure as the role involves supporting one or more Data Ingestion squads. 2.Data-driven, with the ability to write moderate to complex queries to perform adequate analysis on data for requirements gathering. 3.Experience working on AI-assisted projects, including using ML or automation tools to support business processes. 4.Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent software to document and track user stories. 5.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. 6.Goal-orientated, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing situations and requirements. 7.Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail-oriented. 8.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, or equivalent.
